AQUA SPAS AND POOLS is looking for a RETAIL ASSOCIATE that is passionate about providing world-class customer service in a fun and exciting retail environment. Ideal candidate will enjoy developing relationships with customers, personable, professional, team focused, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Ensures all clients receive a world-class retail experience
- Connects with clients by asking open-ended questions to assess client needs
- Engages with guests and makes product suggestions to meet their needs
- Contributes to a positive work environment
- Participates in the processing of product shipments, replenishment of sales floor products, and merchandising
- Eager to help guests over the phone and in-person
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
Basic Qualifications
- Must enjoy working with the general public and have a desire to exceed their expectations
- Be results driven
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays
- Job may require lifting up to 50lbs
- Must be reliable
- Be coachable and willing to learn
